Proper posture is beneficial only to the computer user who uses only for a limited period of time. Having the proper posture but extending too much use
and without any kind of rest will result to fatigue, and sometimes, even DEATH.

A schoolboy has died after collapsing at the end of a 12-hour gaming session, according to Russian newspapers.
The boy, aged 12 and named only as Sergei, lived in the Yekaterinburg, western Russia. He was allowed to visit the local computer club by his parents as a reward for achieving good grades in school.
He regularly played for 10-12 hours at a time without a break, according to a club employee, who told Russian newspapers: "When this boy came last time, he felt quite good and played for [a long time], almost 12 hours.

JINZHOU, China, Feb. 28 An overweight man from China's Liaoning Province died last weekend after playing Internet video games non-stop for several hours, a report said.
Internet addict dies after gaming binge
A South Korean man who played computer games for 50 hours almost non-stop died of heart failure minutes after finishing his mammoth session in an Internet caf, authorities said recently.
The 28-year-old man, identified only by his family name Lee, had been playing on-line battle simulation games at the cybercafe in the southeastern city of Taegu, police said.
Lee had planted himself in front of a computer monitor to play on-line games on August 3. He only left the spot over the next three days to go to the toilet and take brief naps on a makeshift bed, they said.
"We presume the cause of death was heart failure stemming from exhaustion," a Taegu provincial police official said by telephone

Cervical radiculopathy: disk compression in the neck, often caused by repetitive cradling of a phone on the shoulder
Epicondylitis: elbow soreness often known as "tennis elbow"
Ganglion cyst: swelling or lump in the wrist resulting from jelly-like substance that has leaked from a joint or tendon sheath
Reflex sympathetic dystrophy: a condition characterized by dry, swollen hands and loss of muscle control; consistently painful
Tendonitis: tearing and inflammation of tendons connecting bones to muscles
